Oxload Admin Portal

Oxload Admin Portal is a private internal application operated by OXLOAD LTD. It helps authorised Oxload staff and contractors manage the company's waste-clearance operations, customer quotations, pricing, scheduling, expenses and marketing activity.

Purpose of the application

The portal brings Oxload's operational and marketing information together so the team can organise enquiries and jobs, plan the company calendar, understand business costs and improve the performance of Oxload's own advertising. It is not a public software product and is not provided to other advertisers, agencies or customers.

Use of Google services

Authorised users may connect the portal to Google services using OAuth. Google Calendar is used to support internal scheduling. Google Ads is used to retrieve reports, research keyword demand, analyse campaign performance and, following approval by an authorised Oxload administrator, create or manage Search campaigns for Oxload's own advertising account.

Access and data protection

Access is restricted to authorised internal users. Google credentials and API secrets are kept on protected server-side systems and are not exposed to website visitors. Information obtained through Google services is used only for Oxload's internal business operations and advertising management; it is not sold or made available to the public.
