Oxload is a registered waste carrier. Our waste carrier registration number is CBDU638744. We are also insured for the work we carry out.
Do you cover all London boroughs?
Yes, we cover London-wide collections, including central London, outer London and Greater London areas.
How much will my rubbish removal cost?
The price depends on the amount of waste, waste type, weight, access, parking and any specialist disposal requirements. Send photos and your postcode and we'll give you a clear quote before collection.

Do you offer same-day collection?
Same-day collection may be available depending on our schedule, your location, access and the type of waste. Send photos and your postcode and we'll confirm the earliest available slot.
What waste types do you accept?
We collect most common household and commercial waste, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, bagged waste, office clearance waste, event waste, packaging, bulky items and general rubbish. Some items, such as fridges, tyres, rubble, soil, plasterboard, paint and certain electrical items, may cost extra.
Do you remove hazardous items?
We do not collect hazardous waste unless it has been agreed in advance. Items such as asbestos, chemicals, gas canisters, paint, batteries, tyres and clinical waste may require specialist handling or may be refused.
Does my waste need to be bagged?
Loose small items should be bagged or boxed where possible, especially if they are light, messy or difficult to carry. Large items such as furniture, appliances and bulky waste do not need to be bagged.
How do I prepare for waste removal?
Please make sure the waste is accessible, clearly separated from anything you want to keep, and that we know about stairs, lifts, parking restrictions, long carrying distances or heavy items before arrival.
Can you remove items from inside or upstairs?
Yes, we can collect from inside your property, upstairs, garden, garage, office or storage area, as long as there is safe access. Please tell us about stairs, lifts or difficult access when requesting a quote.
Do I have to be home for my collection?
Not always. In some cases we can collect without you being present, as long as the waste is clearly accessible, we have clear instructions, and payment is arranged before collection unless agreed otherwise.
Can the price change on the day?
Only if the waste, access, volume or weight is different from what was described. If anything changes, we'll explain it clearly before continuing.
Is there a minimum or maximum load size?
We can collect anything from a single bulky item to larger clearance loads. Very large jobs or multiple-load clearances may need to be quoted and scheduled separately.
What happens to the waste after collection?
Where possible, waste is reused, recycled or sent to recovery facilities. Landfill is used only when there is no better practical option.
What documents will I receive?
Where required, we can provide waste documentation, including Waste Transfer Notes for business or commercial waste collections.
How do I book and pay?
Send your details and photos through the website form or WhatsApp. Once we confirm the quote and collection slot, payment is arranged before or at collection. There is no online checkout at the moment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or our team attends and the job cannot proceed due to no fault of Oxload, a wasted journey charge may apply.
